It's been a while, but here they come!
Important
This updates may require you to reset all your contacts and conversation history. The contact system is a bit changed. So if you experience any problems, just delete contacts.txd and the Converations folder.
Update instructions
This update requires a manually update. It's easy and takes about 1 minute.
PRO users: Visit this page and enter your email/key, then click "manual update".
Free users: Download the update from here.
Then simply replace the new TexdroDesktop(Pro).jar with the one in your installation directory.
Texdro v2.4.0 (phone)
- No longer supports Android versions below 2.0 (sorry 1.5/1.6 users!).
- Fixed the "Problem loading widget" error when using the widget.
- Fixed a FC in the WiFi autostart service.
- Re-added the option to choose long-SMS modes. Some carriers don't support multi-part messages. If so, change it to send separated messages.
TexdroDesktopPro v1.3.0
- Added proxy support for checking/downloading updates.
- Fixed a bug where the conversation window hung when sending a message.
- Fixed a bug where the conversation window didn't properly scroll to bottom.
- Gmail contact import now sorts contacts alphabetically.

Hello again,
You may have noticed the absence of me and the site the last month. I've moved from one town to another, and after a lot of struggle with my new ISP I've finally manage to get the site back online.
Unfortunately, during this time I had to remove the Texdro application from the market to prevent negative ratings because the site was down.
In the coming days I'll release a big update for Texdro, and some big news that I think you developers will like!
In other words, Texdro is back online again!!

Instead of helping you one by one with similar problems I've set up a forum for everyone to use and share their experience.
For example if you find a solution for connection problem with a certain phone model, please share it in the forums.
If I'll notice that you contribute to the community I'd be happy to give you some kind of reward!

New Texdro Update!!
Sorry for keeping you waiting this long! I've been really busy the last months.
IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO EXISTING PRO USERS: Due to the updates below, you are required to download the new versions manually. To do this, simply go to this page and enter your licence information. Or click the link in the email.
TexdroDesktopPro v1.2.0:
- Made the application integrate a lot better with the operation systems.
Windows: The application is now shipped as an .exe installer with shortcuts and such. Files required for USB           connection is automatically installed. Therefore, no need to download the Android SDK and specify the adb path        manually anymore. NOTE: This is only for Windows ATM, Linux and Mac users still has to specify the adb path.
OS X: The application is now bundled as a Mac application, which make things a lot better!
- Added a feature to send a message to a manually entered number. Simply type the number in the "filter contacts" box.
- The conversation window now flashes in the task bar when a message is received. Only supported on Windows for now.
- Optimized and fixed bugs in the auto discovery function.
Texdro (phone) v2.3.0:
- Added option to start/stop Texdro automatically when the USB cable is plugged in/out. Only for PRO users.
- Added a widget to start/stop Texdro.
- Hopefully fixed a bug when sending a message over 160 characters.
As default, Texdro will try to send these messages as a multi-part message. However, some carriers don't support this. If you still have troubles with it, you can change the option to send separated messages in the setting.
- Fixed a bug in the Wi-Fi autostart. Only for PRO users.
TexdroDesktop (Free version):

- Added support to send a message to multiply contacts at once. To use this, CTRL+Click contacts to mark them then click the "Send to group" button.

- Fixed a Bluetooth bug where Texdro couldn't found the local Bluetooth device.

I'm spending too much development time responding to emails. It usually takes 4-6 emails before I get all the information I need to help you (OS, phone, versions, logs, etc..).
Therefore I've set up a ticket system for you to use. Hopefully this will save time for both you and me. You can find it here.

Updates!! + a video demo
New week, new updates! Including some new kick-ass features for you PRO-users! Before you can use the new features, you have to connect once with TexdroDesktop PRO to make the phone app know you got it.
Texdro v2.2.0 (Phone)
- Added option to mark all messages as read while Texdro is connected.
- Added option to prevent the double SMS bug which some users seem to experience. Only enable this if you experience that problem.
- Made some changes to the settings layout.
ONLY for PRO users:
- Make Texdro start automatically when you're in range of your home/work/whatever Wi-Fi! Read more here.
- Removed the "Buy PRO" menu item when connected with TexdroDesktop PRO.
TexdroDesktop PRO v1.1.0
- Fixed the Wi-Fi auto discovery. Should work for all users now!
- Added notification for incoming calls.
- Added "Open contact list" in the context menu once again. You can still left-click to access the contact list. This is for Mac users who only got one mouse button.

Just uploaded a small update for the phone application.
- Fixed force close for 1.5 users.
- Contacts imported from phone now sorts alphabetically.
