New support system

Hello,

I'm spending too much development time responding to emails. It usually takes 4-6 emails before I get all the information I need to help you (OS, phone, versions, logs, etc..).

Therefore I've set up a ticket system for you to use. Hopefully this will save time for both you and me. You can find it here.

I will ignore any mails regarding this in the future! Use the ticket system instead.

If you want to help out responding to tickets, I would be more than happy! You should have some knowledge about different operation systems, JRE, networks, and of course Android. Drop me an email!

    Notifications should be “Ongoing”. My notification for Texdro shows up in my “Notifications” area of the drawer where other, transient notifications occur (e.g. new e-mail, new text message). It seems like Texdro should be in the “Ongoing” notifications are (e.g. where Locale indicates that it is running, USB drive indicator, etc.)
